Any GMMDV teacher can be an manager. Ensemble managers have opportunities to:

• provide students with a high-quality ensemble experience.
• earn recertification/professional development credit.
• enable students to work with a conductor of your choice.
• network with colleagues.
• add experience to resumes and job applications.
