1. Mail hard copies of the Festival Participation Form to:
President GMMDVPO Box 6169 Rutland, VT 057012. Mail festival fees ($20 per student per festival) to:

Festival registration is due Friday December 15th
Registering ASAP makes it possible for managers to send out music quickly, which gives students more time to prepare, which leads to more educational and enjoyable festivals!
We hope to send you your students' music by the end of December..

IF YOU KNOW a student is not going to accept their placement in the festival ensemble PLEASE reach out to the manager as quickly as possible so that plans can be made to adjust voicing and seating.
More Registration Tips!
You may print out the receipt(s) to send with your payment if you like, but the Treasurer just needs your school's name.
Fill in the total amount that you owe for the festival on the receipt that you receive. We got burnt the last time we asked the software to tabulate for you. Number of students X $20 = Fee. :-)
Checks can be made out to "Green Mountain Music District V."
Some schools pay for their students to participate and other schools ask families to pay. If your school pays, you may find this Request for Festival Participation Fee Reimbursement helpful.
One check in a larger amount is preferred over many smaller checks. Please mail fees by the registration deadline.
Please complete the appropriate registration form(s) so the manager(s) can prepare music for your students. We prefer that you register all of your students at once.
If your school has multiple participating teachers, register only the students you are responsible for. If you work at multiple schools, register each school separately.
If necessary, you may edit responses by keeping the confirmation window open. Or, you may use the link that will come in the receipt e-mail you should receive almost immediately after completion.
If you omit students, please re-register all the students in an ensemble rather than registering only the ones that were omitted before.
